The Brand Side

We act as embedded marketing partners — integrating directly into teams as influencer marketing leads, affiliate managers or social media managers to drive performance across creator, content and commerce channels.

Our approach is highly strategic and data-informed, focused on building ecosystems where creators, content and brands work together to drive both immediate impact and long-term equity.

Erica Williams is the founder of Social Axis and a leader in creator growth and brand partnerships. Her background spans high-end retail, where she managed, trained and opened stores for brands like Aritzia and Dyson, and franchise strategy, before going on to scale one of the world's largest YouTubers. Erica is also the co-founder of Sports Club Atelier, bringing extensive experience across talent development, creative strategy and brand collaboration.

Through her career, Erica has seen firsthand how traditional agency models often fail to support creators in meaningful ways. Social Axis reflects her commitment to standing alongside creators, helping them elevate their work, build sustainable careers and achieve long-term success through intentional partnership.
